| - I know many people complain about their HOA management company, but after having lived in 3 communities in the 10+ years since moving to AZ, none has been as poor as City Property Management. For our community, which is fairly new and not yet turned over to the homeowners, we pay a substantial fee that's gone up 10/month at the beginning of every year so far. Landscape maintenance takes a majority portion of the budget, but maybe only 25% of the community is properly maintained. There are no amenities other than two pocket parks with a small amount of playground equipment, so very little to show for the dues we pay. We've routinely asked for pet cleanup stations due to the large number of pet owners who don't clean up after their pets and so far, nothing. But then send emails reminding neighbors that the community garbage cans are NOT to be used for pet waste. Ridiculous.
In addition, there has been much turnover in the actual community manager position, ballots and notices routinely have date errors, data errors and just general clarity problems.
I cannot fathom how this company is still in business. They don't respond to calls/messages with any regularity. It's so frustrating to get any movement from them, it's almost not worth the effort.
