Got an appointment today to append a fixture to the ceiling. It's a very easy job that can be done by yourself, but I'm not experienced at all in electricity so i called Eco Electric after finding them on Yelp and reading some reviews. The process to book the appointment was very easy and the operator was very nice, she also mentioned that if my job wasn't too long, they might not charge the full hour (which is the minimum). I was very happy with that of course. When it came the day of the appointment, Robert (the technician) showed up almost two hours late, even though he called to notify me (half an hour later anyways). I didn't mind at the moment. Then when he saw the fixture to setup, he seemed very happy because he explained me that was a very easy job, a true "piece of cake" and went on working. The work in fact required 10 minutes of his time. My disappointment came when I saw that I was paying the full hour... I mean: you show up almost two hours late, take on a super easy job, and you don't even dare make a discount? Come on, guys.
