rev:text	Ok...so I stay here only when I get comp rooms. And I think there's a reason why...I never had a good stay here. Now...this place kinda sucks even for someone who doesn't pay for the room. For my visit last month.... I always confirm my reso over the phone and basically the front desk had no information about my arrival until I was transferred to VIP services. The desk girl was so stupid and made the process 1000 times worse than it should have been. VIP service was emaculate. No problems there...hence VIP. So we get there and the bell desk fails to bring our bags for hours. Then I find out they sent it to the wrong room! Next time, bring all bags in myself. I never self park at MGM b/c of their stupid parking lot. We get a non smoking room, but guess what? Everyone is smoking on this No smoking floor. In the hallways and in front of the elevators. Obviously the management here doesn't care...staff passes by the smokers and don't say a peep or report it. Let's just say MGM guests are below class...and they can't read or interpret the NO smoking signage? Room service...terrible. The person comes and goes with a tude...really? Guess you're not working for tips today. Check out..a pain..the tv just spazzed out and I wasn't able to really confirm checkout. Had to go do it physically...aiya and even that was a pain. Casino floor...dingy and not well ventilated. The cocktail servers are scary and horrible... Seems like everyone working here are not happy to be there... The only thin GREAT here are the restaurants! They have the best restos than any other hotel I've stayed on the strip. I can skip JRA though.
