Worst car wash experience! Was told it would take 20 to 30 minutes to wash my car. I asked for basic cleaning and then an extra polish on the inside. Instead of being charged $15 I was charged $50 for an "extra special clean". I wanted them to shampoo but they said it would take an hour and I didn't have time so I opted out. As soon as I got out of the car, the young girl vacuuming my car takes the FLOOR MATS which were FILTHY and puts them on the SEATS. Unbelievable. I told her to put them on the floor outside not on the seats where I sit. She said she didn't want them to fly away. My rubber mats were going to fly away in the calm Las Vegas summer breeze?? Unsanitary and unacceptable. I go inside to wait about 30 minutes and a customer comes in yelling that they just crashed his car. Apparently it hit mine. When I go out to check the guy working says he shielded the car with his legs and blocked the car. Then another guy told me the same thing.
I waited 75 minutes and finally my car was done. I missed an appointment because they took so long. So thank you for overcharging me and making me late. As I go pick up my car the same girl who put my floor mats on the seat was washing the car next to mine carelessness and squirted chemicals in my face. One of the other employees told her to watch out. I go to drive my car away and notice a squirt bottle in my car on the other seat leaking liquid. They left it in there for me to drive away with. I handed it to one of the guys and they apologized.
My car didn't have any special cleaning and the dash had fingerprints all over it. All of a sudden my tire pressure is low and I ask the employee next to me what is going on and she told me sometimes the sidewalk is uneven so the light pops up. Instead of figuring out what happened they try to turn the light off which is an indication that SOMETHING IS WRONG. I was tired at this point and asked to speak to a manager. He was kind and tried to resolve the problem but I'm honestly unsatisfied with the service. I paid 50$ for a special cleaning and received the worst customer service. My left eye is burning and red from whatever she was spraying.
I understand young kids are hired because it doesn't require any experience to wash cars. I fully support young people having jobs but these kids are responsible for expensive vehicles and the management and owners should be teaching these people how to behave and resolve issues. I feel bad for people working out in the heat but it is no excuse for the way myself and my car was treated.
The white guy with the Tattoos was kind in trying to help, but honestly it was a waste of time and money to get my car washed there. $50 for a basic crappy wash that takes an hour and 15 mins?? Never again.
