Wanted to try a new salon, found this salon via Yelp. Drove an hour and 15 mins in 8 am rush hour traffic, called the salon an hr beforehand and left a message letting them know I may be running behind. Apparently they did not receive the message when they called to let me know they could not take me if I am late. Waste of time! I was 10 mins away when I received the call from Hannah. Just a reminder of the narrow, small-minded people who don't understand commerce and multi-tasking. Your salon could have easily worked me in between the next client toward the tail end of mine since you said you had blocked out 2-3 hrs for my appointment. Being a former salon owner, I know this is possible. Your loss & I will not be rescheduling.
