  • I visited this location once to buy water and gatorade before I went to the gym. The store did not look very clean (spills, and paper on the ground) The staff were very rude. I remember saying hello and asking how they were. The clerk looked straight at me with an annoyed face and then proceeded to ask how his co-worker was feeling. She was complaining about being sick and how she would rather be anywhere else than at work. I was waiting for the clerk to tell me my total and made a joke to ease the tension saying that I have a lot of drinks (2 gatorades and 2 waters) for one person. He said "say that one more time and i'll have you thrown out of here. You know I can have you thrown out, right?" they both look annoyed at me. I finished the transaction and I heard them go straight back to talking about their evening. I have not stepped foot in this location again. I understand that we catch colds or we would rather be somewhere else than work, but don't take it out on the customer. Hopefully, the service has improved since this last visit.
