I went in yesterday to do a manufacturers warranty exchange on my Samsung Gear watch
The representative that help me with the exchange thoroughly screwed up now by activating the Gear watch under my main phone number the shutting down my whole account
After several attempts trying to get assistance over the phone I finally got to representative that tried his best to get my phone reactivate
Finally had to email the CFO of AT&T below is his email address if you ever need it in regards

A representative from his office contacting me and was more than willing to help me resolve this issue
I did go back to the store to get the issue resolved and the representative that assisted me in the store manager we're not apologetic and all for the inconvenience
The representative that assisted me to resolve this issue also displayed an attitude
If you have any problems with you the email address above and don't give up they need to provide good customer service to everyone otherwise they need to find new employees for the store
