  • I came in for lunch today and sat at the bar. The chicken ranch sandwich with fries were pretty good. The bartender could use some pointers on being a server. I only know her as Beams because that was on my ticket. She gave minimal attention to me and everyone else. She seemed more interested in taking selfies with her middle finger or staring off in the distance. I would think you would want to interact with the few people sitting at your bar to maximize your tip on a Wednesday lunch shift. I was in the restaurant industry for 20 years so I know mediocre when I see it.
