  • Stayed downtown and being a craft beer fan, I was psyched to find a brewery right on Fremont...the best part was that their beer was really good. Being over 100 degrees, I first tried their watermelon wit. so many brewers overdo the sweetness...this was delicately balanced while not losing any of the characteristics of a wit. Their IPA had a light citrus beginning, good malt body and bold bitterness at the end. I got to try it through a randall with fresh hops...very nice. Mariah provided great service but more importantly, made me feel welcome...a big achievement in a fast paced, tourist driven area. The next time I'm in town, I'll be pulling up a barstool.
