  • Unfortunayely, we had a terrible Experience for our corporate booking. One of our party was notified there were BEDBUGS in his room when we returned from a corporate dinner at 9pm. The hotel was proactive in engaging an external vendor who removed his belongings with the expectation that they would be returned by the time he returned from his business meetings the following day. When he returned to the hotel at 8:45pm none of his belongings had been returned and he was without ANYTHING for a second day. For the second night in row, he had to go to Walmart to purchase business attire for the next day. We requested to speak to the General Manager and the front desk clerk, who was very empathetic, contacted him and he refused to take our call...and told her to convey to our party that he would contact us in the morning. We are checking out at 6:30 am tomorrow so his refusal to take the call was TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! Beyond that room comfort was very inconsistent for the other 6 members of our group. I would never book this hotel again and would be hesitant to book with a Crowne Plaza again given this experience.
