  • Every time I go to a Tropical Smoothie Cafe I think, now THIS must be their worst location because pretty much across the board at all of their locations their service is terrible and so slow. But truly, this location is by far the worst I have ever been to by leaps and bounds. It literally took them a half hour to take my order and make a smoothie. The guy taking orders at front was also making the food in the back so he kept on running back and forth, causing a huge line of people waiting as there wasn't a consistent person at the register. And then only two other people working making smoothies. And to put salt in the wound, the smoothie they made was HORRIBLE but I was too annoyed to complain. Plus it would have taken them another decade to remake it anyway so I just left. Never again.
