| - If I could give 0 stars that's what I would give! This company is the WORST! - I got sucked into the "get your house clean for $19" scam. I kept waiting for the "catch" but that didn't happen until AFTER I paid the $19, then it was oh, you only get 2.5 hours of cleaning for the $19. (I have a 4 bedroom 3 bath 2400 sq foot house) - when I actually booked, based on their "expertise" they recommended 7 hours of cleaning (1 person) - I wanted my downstairs windows washed, so I paid for the extra services.They recommended 7.5 hours with the extra services. I also didn't want to use my cleaning supplies, so I paid for that extra also. Sue finally shows up 25 min late, I go thru the house with her and tell her don't forget, I paid for the windows to be done, also, please do the baseboards, dust, ceiling fan and the floors. Upstairs, don't worry about my daughters bedroom.(so that's 1 less bedroom) - so upstairs, is a spare bedroom that consists of a bed, a dresser and 2 night stands. Guest bathroom (that I cleaned 2 days before the appointment) master bedroom and bath. Downstairs, bathroom, kitchen, living room, dinning room, den and an empty formal living room. My appointment time was 9:00, Sue showed up at 9:25. So when I asked, so you will be done around 5? she says, no, 4:30 your appointment was 9:00, I said yeah, but it's now 9:30 and you haven't even started. so she agrees. Then she asks if I have a vacuum cleaner because hers is broken. I go to work. Sue calls at 4:00 and tells me that she just finished with upstairs and the den and doesn't think she will finish on time, but is quick to offer that I can pay her $20 hour directly (because she cleans on the side) but if I go through the company it will be $35 an hour. I said, well, you still have an hour, lets see where you are at when you are done. I come home at 5:00 and Sue says she will be done in and hour. I said ok, I will pay you another $20 to finish. (at this time, she hasn't even swept the floors let alone mop them) She stays an additional 1.5 hours, I paid her and she left. I start going through the house, and she never vacuumed, the floors were not clean (missing spots), she cleaned AROUND everything and didn't move anything. The windows were never done, the ceiling fan was not done, and the baseboards were not done! - she didn't even dust the empty formal living room! - I get a text from the company asking if I would recommend Sue and I gave her a 0. That night, I receive 3 phone calls from Sue, asking why I gave her a 0. I hung up on her as I was on my way out with friends, she calls 2 more times so I ignore the call, so she proceeds to TEXT me! Offering to come back and fix what I feel she didn't do. I have tried to call and text the company to let them know that I don't appreciate being contacted by their employee, but you can only call for a new or existing appointment. There are no other options on their phone tree! - Will NEVER use this company again!
