  • I made an appointment for 9 pm and I arrived at exactly 9. The girl that was supposed to do my makeup decided to take a walk in right before I arrived. So I ended up waiting 45 minutes and then walked out because she was no where near being done. No one offered any apology for the inconvenience and they did not seem to care that they wasted almost an hour of my time. This has literally been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I think I'll be looking for a new cosmetic line in the future.
