  • Took our 2014 Audi for auto body repair. Lousy repair, lousy customer service, even owner, Mitch Rudolf lied to us about repair. Allstate insurance recommended them but surprise, they get discount on repairs!! Allstate told us Audi Of Mentor did not have body shop. Big lie!! They share Honda next door body shop. Ended up going there, finding out hood should have been replaced. Owner told us the repair by his company was perfect. Audi replaced hood. You could see the contour of the hood was incorrect. Don't go to this body shop.
