  • After searching an hour and a half for a room from Mesa to the north side of Phoenix I came upon this hotel. Demetria was more than accommodating! Awesome customer service! Every other hotel that I went to said they couldn't help me and were so rude that I was looking so late after driving 8 hours from New Mexico. Demetria went above and beyond to make my stay here worth it. I have two babies both under the age of 2 and was so stressed and exhausted from looking around for a hotel, when she booked us a room she hooked us up with a late check out after coming in at 2 am. Rates were reasonable and the hotel is beautiful with comfy beds and a pretty view from the balcony. I would give this 10 stars if I could just for the customer service alone! Thank you Demetria!
