I pay for the unlimited $19/mo wash and have used it several times. Friendly workers, and the free vacuums and compressed air lanes are a nice touch, but the wash itself is lacking in power, rinse, and dry. When I pull out of the wash I have to use a vacuum lane to towel off my car, and there's always a few spots of soap still on it.
I'm sure they're trying to conserve water to keep their water bill down but the result is a car that isn't very clean and shiny.
I think this place is best suited for people that want the cheapest wash they offer - the customer that just wants most of the dirt washed off their older vehicle for $10 a month, and if the wash leaves a bunch of streaks, oh well, good enough.
But for me, I care about what my car looks like and even toweling it off myself afterwards leaves streaks and spots.
So, my car wash search continues...
