  • This is the first spa that I ever went to, and I'll never go anywhere else. Robert, the owner, is extremely nice and courteous and accommodating! He recognized me and greeted me by name after only my second visit! During a massage, there was a bit of a miscommunication between me and the massage therapist (which may have well been partly my fault, but I still felt disappointed because I had been having major muscle spasms and back pain which I wanted worked out) and Robert immediately remedied the situation and I returned the next day to finish my massage, free of charge. I work in customer service as well, so I recognize good customer service when I see it (and I understand how frustrating and annoying of a job it can be) and I greatly appreciated when he went above and beyond for me! Not to mention, the rest of the staff is very friendly as well. I hope to explore the other services they offer, maybe a facial next time :)
