  • I have been a renter for a long time and never had come across a company so unprofessional in my life. The property managers are useless and completely rude. Kim Huff is a joke she should be removed from dealing with people because customer service is far from what shes capable of. If you want to be laughed at and told your shit out of luck call her that is about all she is good for. I've been in the same property for 2 years and have had termite damage 4 times, their response was "that what happens once you have termites you always have them, but your lease is up in a few months and you can move". Thanks for reminding me why I will not renew my lease for a third year. I have perfect renters history and have always had amazing landlords and property managers but Invitation Homes is the worse I have seen. Be ready for month long phone tag to get any maintenance done, heaven forbid you have a flood you will be stuck swimming for months!
