| - Do yourself a favor and skip this one. I have unfortunately had a terrible experience, and it looks like I'm not the only one. The service was well below average (putting it nicely), and the customer service has been awful. Details are below if you care to read on...
I asked for the 4-hour cleaning service. I did not realize it was only 1.5 hours with 3 people cleaning. No one clarified that with me when I booked, or when they arrived. I left them at the house and went to run errands. They called within 45 minutes telling me they were almost done. It was BARELY an hour of work. I tried to get home quickly to pay them, but when I arrived home, they were gone (and had said I'd have to pay over the phone and let them know if they missed anything).
Inside I found most surfaces were barely wiped down with streak marks remaining, and many were still dusty and/or sticky! It was clearly a rushed job. My kitchen table still had sticky residue in some areas. Also an entire bathroom was left un-cleaned, which they later said was because the door was closed and they're "not allowed to open doors." That's fair, but this was NEVER communicated to me at any point before the service.
I called the team to come back later that afternoon to finish, and I had to keep my kids up from naps so they could finish (other parents will understand how ABSURD that is for a tired momma).
When they returned, I thanked them for coming to finish and one of the women scoffed at me for leaving the bathroom door shut (though, again, this was NEVER communicated to me). She said she'd "let it slide this time." I politely ignored her smug remark, and showed them all the areas to finish.
The same woman, who claimed to be a manager, asked me for my credit card to pay and I politely and kindly told her I wanted to call the company myself and pay over the phone. She insisted that I pay her, so I told her I was really interested in speaking with whomever was in charge so I could clarify the hours before paying (since they rushed and did a half-a**ed job). Again, I was polite about it, yet this woman immediately changed her tone on me, began snapping at me and demanding I tell her what the problem was. So I patiently explained that I was disappointed they missed so much and she proceeded to scoff at me, rolling her eyes, and continuing to make excuses and treat me rudely. She actually admitted to me at one point that they all "SAT AROUND MY HOUSE FOR ABOUT 20 MIN at the end" waiting for me to get back...to which I politely asked why they didn't just finish the job then?!?! (Not to mention...I'm not sure how I feel about them sitting on my brand new clean couches in dirty house cleaning clothes...unprofessional).
I finally insisted that she just let me pay her so they could get out of my house, and she said her phone died so she WROTE MY CREDIT CARD INFO ON A PIECE OF PAPER...WHAT?? Sooooo very unprofessional...in every way. I tried calling them later to make sure my info was destroyed and the payment processed, but no one returned my call for two whole days, and I had to leave two messages.
When someone did call, the lady already sounded irked to have to "deal" with me, and said my info had been shredded. When I asked, nicely, if I could speak with the person in charge, she got defensive, admitting that she had spoken to the women who cleaned and they had "explained" to her how they were right and I was wrong. Since this woman was not the one in charge, I told her I still wanted to speak with the owner (or supervisor or whomever). She begrudgingly said she'd have them call me. It has been SIX days and still no one has called.
I wash my hands of this company, and will be checking my account to make sure no one is using my CC info...I certainly have no reason to trust their word after their completely unprofessional behavior.
