Two stars because the food was pretty good. We got an order of the calamari diavolo based on the waiter's recommendation. It was slightly more chewy than it should have been, but it had good flavor. For our entrees we got the special (scallops) and the shrimp and crab tortellini. Both of these were very tasty. The garlic bread was also fresh and piping hot which was good becaussseee...
Our salads were completely forgotten about. The waiter raved about the dressing, then they never came. Then our entrees took an extremely long time to arrive. Originally we were asked where we would like to sit, we told them it didn't matter, so he put us in the corner- which was fine. But from then on it was like that corner did not exist. For a "white table cloth" dining experience, the service definitely left a lot to be desired.
And it was absolutely freezing in there. Like, teeth chattering cold.
I was excited to order a cannoli for dessert because they are my favorite, but I was so frustrated by the end of the dinner that we decided to leave.
Get takeout, I guess.
