| - Worse company to deal with!!!
If I could give ZERO stars I would.
They don't care about you as a human being, I've lived at a condo that they manage with my husband & our 2 year old son, it's been 3 years now, & every single year our AC stops working in the summer AT LEAST twice. My son would wake up bleeding at night because of how hot it was when this would happen. It happened earlier this year to us already, just like all the other times they came to "fix it"
It's never been actually fixed because the whole damn unit needs replacing!!!!
Thursday the AC company they sent over was READY to fix it!! But they couldn't without the approval of this company which of course they didn't get so they had to leave. Didn't fix the AC, it wasn't their fault. They just couldn't do it without the approval.
I haven't had working AC since Friday evening. Yes that's Friday as in June 16th!!!!!! It is now June 26th!!!! We didn't contact the company at the time because we figured they were closed for the weekend, didn't know there was a number we could contact for emergencies, but that's not the point here. We contacted them Sunday night the 18th, sent an email so they read it Monday morning.
It was nothing but frustrating calls talking about oh well you should've notified us sooner!! Are you kidding me?!?! I'm dying at home it's nearly 100 degrees in my house and that's what you have to say?! Nothing has been fixed, we were FINALLY able to get them to get us a hotel this was Thursday the 22nd. They told us to book it just until Monday the26th (today) so we checked out this morning thinking it was finally getting fixed today!! Well not they hit us with, they can't fix it til tomorrow at 3pm!!!!!
I am so frustrated with this company, this has been such an inconvenience to me & my family. I haven't been able to be home, I haven't been able to buy groceries and cook at home.
Someone should not have to deal with no AC this long when we have record breaking weather out here!!!!
On top of all this we tried to end our lease because of the circumstances and they said we can't just end our lease like that, thats not how it works according to them!!
We've been good tenants, always paid out rent on time, we have given no problems. It's not our fault the owner is a cheapskate and won't replace the unit from the beginning!!
I can't wait to finally move out this shitty condo.
