  • I knew I wouldn't get much for my car after buying a new one without trading in. I was grateful to receive slightly above Kelley Blue Book! The best part of selling my car was having CarMax handle all of the paperwork for me, including my Sold Notice and the request to refund the rest of my paid Arizona registration. The icing on top of the cake, and why I'm giving 5 rather than 4 stars, is the customer service was top notch. So friendly!! Mike and Vanessa are badasses who know what they're doing and make things painless. Other perks, free coffee while you wait and reasonably priced variety of items in a vending machine. Not bad, CarMax. Thanks for hiring good people.
