| - I just left from this salon after spending $73 dollars plus a $5 tip even though I probably shouldn't have even done that.
The guy was nice, not very talkative, but that's ok. I had the intention of relaxing and pampering myself today. I requested the dip powder and got it, however after looking around the room, I realized everyone else was also having their cuticles treated. Very little prep work was done for the finished project.
After he finished my manicure, he took me over to have my pedicure done. The massage was nice and relaxing. However, when it came to applying the polish, he got it on my skin. No big deal, I do the same thing. The difference here is that he left it and then left me. I sat in that chair for 45 minutes waiting for him to return since he never said "oh hey, we're done here", or anything in the like. I finally got the guy from the front desk to track him down to see if we were done and it turns out it was lunch time for my tech. So with his mouth full of food he came out, told me I was done, ( even after I pointed out the polish on my skin on my toes), removed the twisted paper towels from between my toes and put my flip flops on.
I'm very disappointed. I don't go out and blow money on myself often and was looking forward to walking out beyond happy and impressed like everyone else posting their reviews about this place. Apparently, today is not my day for such a thing. Also, I'm not sure if I should risk a return visit.
