  • On phone call and before the started the work I indicated that I wanted our four palms skinned. When they were done, we walked the front yard - but didn't check out the back yard where the palms were. My mistake. They didn't touch the palms. I called them four times in the week after the work was done to get the work corrected. They called me back once five days after the first call. They said that I never asked for the palms to be skinned - and that this wasn't included with the price already paid. Very disappointing.
