  • This man has a contract with Sears/ Cross country service contract. He tried to charge me $700. Above what my home warranty paid...so he said. I was sick with the flu. It was a Sunday, when our hot water tank broke. I called my home warranty they told me I had to use this guy. Called and once they found out about my service contract they didn't seem to want to deal with me. He told my husband ALL the items on the list were required to be up to code. He promised me a Bradford hot water tank and installed a RUUD. He old me it was so high because I had the worst service contract I could have ever bought. Yet he agreed to do work for this company at a cut rate cost so he would get more work from the company sending him work! Then when he does the job he makes the customer pay more. He told me he would give me ALL my money back on a 3 way phone call with the home warranty company. Then called me right back and told me is isn't giving me a dime back. I called the licensing board and they want me to file a complaint because he has others!! Do not use this dishonest company. Off to small claims we go!! I deserves no stars!!!
