I feel the need to update after the owner posted a comment. The comment is more of an advertisement than a mea culpa. The changes that took place were not on our end. They were initiated by Park Ave for whatever reason.... and they didn't end up making the experience any better. I think there are some lessons to be learned in customer service here (did they ever reach out to the bride? No).
In addition to that, they need to stop using Yelp as an advertising tool and focus on delivering great services and customer experience inside their four walls. I don't think I've ever seen so many obviously bogus reviews trying to 'up' the star rating. Seriously... look at the filtered reviews. Such a shame as it could be a really cool place.
Fail, Park Ave, fail. This left a worse taste in my mouth than before.
