rev:text	I recently stayed here for a course while in Madison. I have to say the customer service of the hotel is spectacular. I needed to check in a little early to change for an interview and they allowed me to check in early and had everything ready on arrival. The rooms are old, but they have been renovated to look that is modern and comfortable. Even the bathrooms were nicely appointed with plenty of towels. The only complaint would be about the low water pressure, but otherwise I loved everything else. The beds are comfortable, you can control the temp in the room, and the TV is big enough for the room. The parking is only $10 with unlimited in and out. It is also a short distance from the capital and lots of restaurants. Overall it is a great choice while in downtown Madison.
