  • The Halal Guys has developed a large following since its introduction in NYC. Naturally, they began to expand and the newest location made its way to Toronto last month. Now, I have tried the original food cart in NYC, and the one in Toronto has absolutely nothing on it. A co-worker of mine grabbed a platter for me earlier this week, as she was having lunch there. I was hammering away with paperwork. Anyway, I was quite underwhelmed, as my chicken was rather dry (drier than it should be) and quite bland. The red hot sauce did help, but it's super spicy. I ended up paying $14 for a mediocre lunch.
