DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I've been here multiple times and every time I've had nothing but negative experiences. The first time I came they charged me $250 for a ten year old mirror cover for my truck (the covering not the mirror itself). The second time I went into the service department because my check engine light was on and my car is still under the warranty. I talk to the man at the counter and he says no problem it will be just a few minutes and we will go run diagnostics. I asked him if there would be a charge and he said no. Two hours later he comes back saying "yeah we found what it is it's going to be a month until we get the part" (you're telling me it takes a ford dealership a month to get a ford part on a two year old car?) so I ask for my keys and then he's like "oh well I'm charging diagnostics for the car and wouldn't give me my keys until I paid. So I pay and tell him to call me when the part comes in. TWO MONTHS pass by. Still no call and my check engine light is still on so I go into and talk to the same person and the part hasn't even been ordered. They then tell me it should be there in a week. That was two months ago. These people are very dishonest. I went out of my way to drive to Peoria ford to have them take care of me problem and found them to be much more honest. I'm a loyal ford owner. I've only had fords my entire life. I've owned every kind of vehicle that they make and have always gone to the dealerships to get my car fixed. All but this one have provided satisfactory customer service. You couldn't pay me to take my car back there.
