  • I am going to say I 100% agree with the reviews that say the front desk staff needs to be more welcoming. That's why I chose to write this review. I completely love the nurse we see, Mindy, on most of our visits. She's so bubbly and friendly and will take all the time needed to ensure we're good. I've worked with Rebecca Ortiz and Vanessa Thompson, and they are both absolutely incredible and knowledgeable. I'd give Valley Women 5 stars, but the front staff's attitude is the only thing I don't enjoy about it! The woman that's usually at the front never ceases to disappoint my husband and I. We leave there each time saying what a bitch she is. She looks at and speaks to my husband and I like we're an inconvenience if we ask a question or even just when we walk up! She doesn't ever look happy or have a welcoming demeanor. It's really a buzzkill when she's the first and last person we see while going in for our prenatal appointments. I hope the staff at VWFW read these reviews and make some changes up there, because she really is awful and ruins the experience, for obviously more than just my husband and I.
