Any REI will always have an awesome place in my heart.
As you walk in you see the monthly display created by the the staff.
Store is keep clean.
Went to get some shock cord and went to check what was on display or what they sell. The floor models where missing.
There where a few items that seemed like a gap filler.
Jim who is an older gentlemen then me greeted me as we cross path and help me cut the cord that I needed. Talking over the company walkie that he will be helping me and won't be on the floor in his department.
There was another person who help me with head lamps and answered my questions. With a smile and that made me feel awesome.
As I soon check out female cashier seemed to over with the day and just wasn't having it with her co-cashier.
I smiled and greeted her as I walk up. As I was doing my checking out process I selected email. Which I usually do now now that I have My two kids and myself in a members of the awesome REI. This time it did not remember my email. confused I because I just purchase an item from REI the day before. The responds of the customer service was very rude as she was talking down on me.

Front end cashier at that moment: unsatisfactory
Well I return to this REI only if I deeply need something.
I will greatly travel to the REI in Henderson where the staff is well rounded in customer service from my experience.
