  • Almost impossible to cancel training sessions - had to go the credit card company in the end, and it was still a nightmare. There actually is a very good trainer for my wife, but no way are they getting my credit card number again! Decent pricing now with new ownership, but major equipment issues - today, seven or eight of the treadmills were down, at least. And the other day, wifi was totally dead (that was finally fixed it seems) Could be a good gym if they gave a crap about their members. Update: it's months later, and the wifi is yet out again and has been for a week. Plus several broken treadmills. Downgrading to 1 star for consistent crappy maintenance.
