  • We originally took our pets there because it was the vet closest to our house. After the first visit, we knew that we'd found the right place. Pros: Friendly doctors and staff. They really work with you to balance economy with pet care. The vets really listen and are willing to answer any questions or concerns. They make you very aware of charges and have been really good about not charging for followups, even when we initiated them on our own. They've really worked with us when we needed a bit of help paying. If they have to keep your pet, they have your pet back quickly. Cons: Some of the vet techs are rather sour and act like you're a bother. They don't take appointments and never seem to be in any hurry to get to you. All in all, they have been much more than expected and I highly recommend them.
