  • The hotel was comfortable and clean. Great price and an awesome location. The only reason I was highly irritated was because the valet was awful! I mean awful. It took more than an hour to get our car out in the morning. People were almost missing airline flights. They won't let you go get your own car because of a "liability" issue. Which is a lie because some people weren't even in the same parking garage as the hotel and it's the same area shared by the business center attached which is public. And there is a MANDATORY CHARGE OF $24/day. It was hot and there were babies crying and everyone was getting crabby. Terrible system and that's every morning!!!
