Went there to have a couple things done like routine maintenance and a gps issue fix and I ended up being without a car for 1 week. There were issues getting parts and they couldn't exactly figure out if it was covered by my warranty so it ended up taking way longer than I was originally told. I wouldn't have minded as much had they put me in a rental that was equivalent in size to mine, but I was given a much smaller car that I had to get 3 kids in and out of and that was not ok. All in all the customer service was just fine, but they can stand to work on how quickly they get cars in and out of there. ***let me clarify that this review is for the service department only.
