The hotel itself is a 4/5, but the service is really a 2/5 at most.
The parking attendants were not the nicest to deal with and the parking lot itselfs was tiny and had very tight spaces (+$20/night). The customer service was pretty rude and indifferent about everything except the check in/out times.
We stayed here for 3 nights total, moving rooms after the first night. This hotel is very unique and the decorations are artsy and interesting. The elevator is something that you have to try if you stay here. Our first room was so lovely but it turned out to be a noisey room due to the amount of pipes surrounding it. We requested to be moved into a different room for the next two nights. The second room was just as lovely, but unfortunately the sink had plumbing issues due to previous guests throwing floss down the drain, causing it to drain slowly and at times back up (so gross). We weren't able to move rooms again- we went from a noisey room to a room without a properly functioning sink drain.
All this being said, I'd come back again just for the hotel itself- I'll brace myself for the wretched service.
