Jack K. The owner was kind enough to give me a call back regarding my issue after I left a message for him at their Mesa location. Thank you Jack! He was kind enough to remedy my situation in a manner I consider to be far beyond what I even wanted. Because of this I feel like a respected long term customers and I will return to the shop in the future. Hopefully they have fixed their customer service issues with their other managers. I had the pleasure of dealing with Cody whom was very helpful and congenial, the way a manager should conduct themselves with customers. When you go in, asking for him would be a good idea. Next time I go in I may change my 3 stars to more if the customer service issues have been fixed, I hope they are as this is my neighborhood ski shop and I like to support local.
