  • There are continuing announcements about the store fitting your clothes. I went to the counter and asked for specifics. I was told I could get $100 if I got a Nordstrom credit card. I didn't want that, until I tried the fitting service. I was told I could bring clothing in from anywhere. Not until Iwent to the fitting, was I told the cost, and that the clothing not from Rack, was twice the cost. Hemming one pair of pants was $28. Although the person doing the fitting was nice, waiting a week and the cost makes me feel like I was being taken advantage of. When I said I was given wrong information, the clerk said the other clerk was new. It was not true. I certainly won't get the credit card. I won't go back.
