Seems like a good deal until you get the surprise "annual rate lock guarantee" fee of $39.99 that the sales person did not tell you about. This is on top of your monthly dues and in addition to the start up fee you paid on day one. For a company that advertises no contracts it is pretty sketchy that they have so many initial fees and even more so that they don't tell you this extra "annual rate lock guarantee"will be charged EVERY year per contract!! Heaven forbid you have multiple family members signed up. Also remember the kids care is an additional fee - and yes moms and dads, you each pay that fee. Don't bother trying to fight it- their customer service is terrible, excuses on excuses.
I am stuck in this "contract" since I already paid the hidden fee- but hopefully this helps others see the full picture when making your decision to join.
