I Purchased a Groupon for 2 prenatal massages. I had trouble finding the place and called the office, no answer. I finally found it, still 10 minutes before my appointment time. I walked in, no one was at the desk to check me in. I sat there for a few minutes and I had to go into another business office to ask if they knew where the front desk receptionist was. A nice man who is a chiro there gave me the paperwork to fill out as I was waiting. The therapist was 20 minutes late, however, I was understanding to his reasoning as things do happen. It wasn't until I got home that I realized I purchased a 75 minute massage, which I definitely did not receive. I am unsure if he had another client after me and cut my massage short because he was late. I called the office to discuss, again, no answer, I left a message for someone to please call me. No one did. Also sent a text message for someone to call me. No response. I tried calling a few other times that week and no one has answered the phone nor has called me back. I have high expectations for customer service and feel that this place lacks customer service and professionalism. I gave three stars because he was a nice man and made the room comfortable and maybe there is a reason why I haven't heard back. Closed for the holidays? At this point I am very disappointed as I was hoping to find a prenatal massage therapist in Huntersville I could go to regularly. I won't be back for my second massage due to bad customer service and an unprofessional experience.
