| - SCAM ALERT!
EDIT: Same day I posted this, Michael called me and threatened to sue me for defamation. We both know he doesn't have a case since I have only shared my experience with the company. He tried to say that I submitted the wrong information (I have screenshots of everything, I submitted it all correctly) and that he couldn't file the tickets... but I didn't. And even if I DID, it's his responsibility as the owner to follow up with clients and get the right information.
Edit #2 : after City TV aired a news spot about his practices, Michael Low finally paid me back a portion of the money he owed me (4+ months later). He was very difficult to work with, getting details wrong, asking me for information that had no bearing on his business (shady!), and finally trying to bully me into removing my honest reviews. I told him I would consider it. After consideration, I decided not to remove anything. The money was owed to me plain and simple. I am not obligated to do any favors to get what is legally owed to me.

Read all the other negative reviews on here, basically the same thing happened to me.
I submitted my ticket info and paid through the website. At least I got a receipt. Now, a month later, I get notices from the city that I have been convicted and must pay additional fines.
What this means is that he never even disputed the tickets at Metro Hall. So it sat there, unpaid, unchallenged and accumulating fees. With the amount I paid Michael plus the fees, the ticket has more than doubled in cost.
It's almost impossible to reach this guy, too. The BBB, Reddit and Yelp reviews should have tipped me off, but a friend had recommended this service.
Most of the phone numbers out there for him don't work, and there is nothing on the website. He has a habit of moving his office location around too, to avoid having to deal with irate people he scammed.
As of this writing, here is the functional information I have:
Michael Low
416-317-2444
michael@parkingticketguys.com
I have left a voicemail and email asking for my fines to be paid (this is guaranteed on his website). I'll update if anything comes of this.
If he doesn't reach out to me, and he doesn't help you too if you've been scammed, then initiate some charge backs from your credit cards. They are super annoying and expensive for merchants. They have to pay $25 per dispute, even if the amount in dispute is only $15.
