  • I have to agree with most of the comments. I just moved into this house and the spring broke, had my wife call and the service guy was nice but the product is WAY over price. I had just replaced both springs in my last house for $200, this job was $500 (lifetime warranty). I was tired, it was late and I needed the door to work. Now the door itself is in need of replacement. Called them again for a estimate for the replacement door $900-1800 depending on insulation and such. EVERY other company I called was $400-$950 for similar door installed. I purchased an insulated door and now the springs will not work. 8 months old (not their fault). Tech's are nice....OVERPRICED without justification.
