| - I am from Calif. and I am trying to buy a Honda Rancher ATV. Their website had some attractive prices. The one I was interested in was $3599 and $300 destination charge. I emailed requesting information and shipping to Calif. I received an email from Allen Torres. His exact words in the email were: "I can ship to your home for $450." When I called him, he said I needed to arrange shipping and he would email the links to a company who ships ATVs. Lie no. 1. When I went on the shipping company's website, it was going to cost around $600 to have it shipped. This concerned me. I called them and asked for a sales manager or a supervisor. John picked up, after explaining my concern, he agreed Allen did not tell the truth. John then told me he is only a salesman. But he promised to look into the matter and discuss it with the owner/sales manager and call me first thing the next morning. No one ever called me. Lie no. 2. John also told me they don't have any 2016 4x4 Ranchers left and sometimes their website is slow in getting updated, however he could quote me prices on a 2017 model, of course the price was in the $6000 range. Classic bait and switch tactic. Lure the customer with very low prices, but they don't have any available at that price... In the meantime, Allen emailed me back with prices for a 2017 Honda ATV, which of course were in the mid $6000 range. I emailed him back and asked which model, he never emailed me back. Be very careful with this dealer and their deceptive sales practices, or just outright lies.
