  • Believe the hype. I highly recommend Crash of Rhinos. They are everything a contractor should be. Soon after my initial call, and a quote scheduled. Mike came and gave a detailed quote on the spot. He offered a lot of information, and he clearly has a lot of pride in his company. His rates were right in line with the other quotes I had. Once we decided to go with them, Kim took over. We finalized paint color and she gave me a tentative week that was about a month out. While waiting, every so often I'd get an email letting me know we were still on track. We were also able to add on a repair to an eave I found, just by sending her a picture. I can't tell you how great it was to see this type of communication. Every day of the paint job the crew showed up right when they said they would. They took the time to prep and repair. They power washed the entire house. They repaired cracks in the stucco, eave, and the patio ceiling. They final paint job looks great. The house looks fantastic, the service was great, and this company finally gets the importance of communication.
