  • Here it is 2018 and time for some new updated reviews. I've been here a month and a few days. The office staff has been nothing but wonderful with me. I can't think of one negative thing to say. The apartment........well they are 30-40 years old. Yes they could use some updating. BUT it is one of the cheaper places in the area so 6 in one hand half a dozen in the other. Next......it's an apartment complex. A community. Where most people should have respect for others around them. Yep, there's some bad seeds here. Giant groups sitting on there patio smoking weed constantly. I won't have to go far to score if I ever decide to take up the habit. It's freaking everywhere. The dogs are the biggest complaint. Constant barking, at all hours of the night, and it just echo's. The stench of dog pee is overwhelming when walking out to your car and some dog owners don't pick up their dogs poop.........and you are complete trash for not doing so. Again we living in a community, show some respect. With the heavy pee and poop brings flies, my apartment is over a pretty soiled area so my patio is ALWAYS full of flies because of it. Hats off to the maintenance crew for keeping the grounds looking nice and cleaning up what they shouldn't have to clean up. So all the negative reviews about the place, it seems they have turned a corner here. I think it's great here. Free beer Friday is pretty cool, come down to the office, meet your neighbors and have a beer.......(good selection too!)
