  • The majority of posts cite good customer service which is accurate. (Hale & Smitty) but the hours of operation (Most are 24/7 access) and non-functioning use of the street address which all PO Boxes from USPS are allowing now. The primary reasoning for the lack of 24/7 hour access is that ASU purchased the building. ASU wanted to end the lease of the USPS after purchasing the building. A former Arizona Attorney General has a PO Box there and the constituents of a Congressman and councilman raised hell which stop ASU desire to end the Post Office as a tenant.
