  • Be prepared to walk....and walk....and walk. No joke people. This place has 3 floors and like a billion rooms. Okay, maybe not a billion.... 999,999,999. There, that's more realistic. But seriously, just when I thought that we had reached the end of a floor, there was another turn with another room. Now, this is not a complaint, it means more selection. It just shocked the hell outta me! I love the front of this store. It is absolutely small town and ever so quaint. The awnings and the picture windows made me smile. Once you enter, you are bombarded with stuff. This is one of the reasons that I gave this only 3 stars. There is stuff EVERYWHERE and nothing really seems to be organized. Spoons, clothes and license plates....all in the same section. With the size of this store, I would have loved for everything to have a spot. This would make it much easier to gloss over the items that you have no interest in. Say, like dolls with creepy eyes. I can still see those eyes....my dreams are about those eyes. Or, the millions of pieces of silverware in every inch of the store. I could have bought a spoon for every day of the rest of my life! I fell in love with the upstairs of this place. Old military gear, medical supples, lighting, furniture and jewelry. It had high ceilings and plenty of natural light. The basement felt very claustrophobic. Tiny hallways piled high with unique items and tiny little rooms all over. All of the staff here were at the front desk. I had a few questions but there was no one to be found. And they were all helping check people out...which is nice for the speed of checkout, but not so nice for those wanting to buy items to checkout. Overall, this place was cute and full of items. So much so, that it made it overwhelming and slightly turned me off.
