  • Pathetic customer service. With a long line, 2 staff could be easily heard screaming and laughing in the back instead of coming out to help. One would periodically make an appearance to laugh and talk to another staff before disappearing into the back to scream some more. Instead of helping customers, staff were busy stocking and performing closing duties, even though there was 45 minutes left until closing time. Husband ordered caramel added into his ice cream, and it was not done. Sadly disappointed in this experience.
