| - Had a bad experience today. My family and I loved coming here to play the old video games and etc. The staff have historically been very grumpy but I overlooked that, as I enjoyed playing the games. Today we went, and my 5 year old was with us. He is very well behaved, and was very excited to be there.
Wife and I were in the main aisle, about 10 feet apart, and my son runs over to me. One of the staff there began to yell at him, until he realized I was standing there. He then turns to me, and proceeds to berate me about safety, and to talk to my son about walking, etc then abruptly turns away back to his work. A VERY IGNORANT and rude approach
I agree with not running and safety, and I take responsibility for that. However, there is no need to be disrespectful and rude about making it known. We are regular customers and would think that some level of customer service should be presented. I am sure many kids run through there recklessly, and they deal with that all the time. Don't take that frustration about on me though.
I told the gentleman that we visit often, and spend a lot of money there, and are not coming back now. It's unfortunate, as we enjoyed this wonderful place, but I am not going to spend money to be lectured like a child, by someone completely lacking people skills.
