  • If you've never been to a Great Clips, be sure to get someone's attention before assuming your in line by sitting down, like any other barbershop. After waiting 15 minutes, I realized you have to sign up with your phone and address before your "in line". So after doing so, they decide to help someone who came in after me. Walked out. Never going to this chain clip shop again.
